Thai Sweet Basil in the Carrollwood area of Tampa serves delicious, fresh tasting dishes every single time I have visited. (The presentation of the food is a delight to photograph too.) There is Casual /Modern Thai decor inside and a very friendly staff that always makes visitors feel welcome.
